Dipped tire cord fabric
Primarily composed of nylon 6, nylon 66, and polyester, our dipped tire cord fabric boasts:

This premium-grade skeleton material is an indispensable component for various high-quality rubber products.

Packing and Delivery Details:
1. Packing Details: Conforms to international standard export packing, available in packages or as per customer's specific requirements.
The fabric is meticulously wound on a wooden or iron shaft, ensheathed in black polyethylene film, further covered with PE film, and finally secured with a tightly woven PP bag.
Each roll's weight and length can be customized to meet exact customer specifications.
2. Payment Terms: 100% L/C at sight or 30% T/T in advance, with the remaining 70% payable upon sight of B/L copy.
3. Delivery Timeframe:
Following receipt of a confirmed deposit:
2-5 days for sample production,
15-20 days for 1-3 20 FCL containers,
20-30 days for 3-5 20 FCL containers.
4. Sample Policy:
Samples are provided free of charge.
For express costs exceeding 15 USD, kindly provide your DHL, ***, EMS, etc., account number for freight collect.
