1.Q: What is the warranty for the tires?
A: Wattanty is 50,000 km-80,000 kms.
2.Q: How about your delivery time?
A: Normally, within 15 days after deposit. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
3.Q: What is your minimum order quantity(MOQ)?
A: The MOQ is 1*20GP. For car tires,about 600pcs.
4.Q: Can I mix several sizes in one container?
A: Yes, you can mix several sizes and patterns, and you can also mix Truck tyres and Passenger car tyres together.
5.Q: What's your payment terms?
A: 1) 30% TT deposit, the balance should be paid against copy of B/L after delivery.
2) By irrevocable L/C at sight.
3) Other payment can be negotiated.
6.Q: Can you accept OEM project?
A:Yes, we can help to buy molds and to produce tires according to customer' demands.
